THE ASSOCIATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES SPORTING CLUB GALATI, as Beneficiary, together with Partner 1 – The Federation for the Accessibility of Romania and Partner 2 – The Association of Consultants and Experts in Social Economy Romania, have implemented, î during 26.08.2022 – 25.08.2023, the project entitled “DA – for local development! YES – for NGOs active in the community!”.
The project was co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 - Accessible and transparent public administration and judicial system, Specific Objective 2.1 - Introduction of systems and common standards in the local public administration that optimize beneficiary-oriented processes in accordance with SCAP, code SIPOCA 928/code MySMIS150804.
The general objective of the project / The purpose of the project
General objective – Increasing the operational capacity of NGOs, from Galati, to be actively and relevantly involved in the implementation of initiatives and partnerships between various actors, including public authorities, in order to facilitate local development, in various areas of action (social, education, human rights, employment , social economy,
health, etc.).
The total value of the project was 424,671.98 lei, of which:
- 416,178.55 lei, non-refundable eligible value:
- 353,751.76 lei non-refundable eligible value from the FSE;
- 62,426.79 lei non-refundable eligible value from the national budget;
- 8,493.43 lei, eligible co-financing of the beneficiary and partners.
Results obtained:
1. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 1 – 1
online map/catalog, which includes, based on the mapping carried out at Galati county/city level, complex profiles/profiles of NGOs with relevant actions/projects in different areas of local development + 1 research methodology & analysis, which includes specific criteria, as a basis for the mapping of these organizations/institutions.
2. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 2 - 1 local development kit – ”Imagination LAB”, based on the scenario technique (with at least 9 local development scenarios included).
3. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 3 - 1 Digital compendium with resources focused on local development.
4. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 4 - 1 application manual "Cooperation for Civic Participation and Involvement".
5. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in the formulation and promotion of development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 5 - 1 toolbox with tools to analyze and measure the civic impact.
6. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 6 - high level of training/training of the targeted target group.
7. R4: Increased capacity of NGOs and social partners to get involved in formulating and promoting development at the local level - achieved through Project Result 7 - increased capacity of NGOs and local authorities, through jointly undertaken activities.
