The Federation for the Accessibility of Romania

FAR welcomes in its ranks those organizations that share its objectives and values and can contribute to the defense and promotion of the rights of over 750,000 people with disabilities in Romania.

Benefits of the FAR partnership

Within its actions, FAR channels assistance and dialogue for the private sector in the field, regarding the monitoring of the UN Convention - Access and Accessibility, as well as the European Act on accessibility, taking steps to start the implementation of European directives in national legislation, offering professional advice and improving NGOs' information and representation.

The initiative aims to unlock the huge potential of service-providing NGOs, thus boosting access to education, training and employment, creating the conditions for the access of people with disabilities to work.

The first initiative is the Disability HR Summit, and the observatorul.ro platform will be the one that hosts all the news in the disability field.
