"Youth smARTS&Creative for Inclusion and Participation!" Project Successfully Completed
Bucharest, Romania ā€“ The Federation for Accessibility of Romania (FAR) is proud to announce the successful completion of the transnational project "Youth smARTS&Creative for Inclusion and Participation!" (Let's be smARTS!). The project was developed with the support of the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Program, KA227 ā€“ Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
Led by FAR and implemented in collaboration with four other organizations ā€“ Association of Consultants and Experts in Social Economy (ACE-ES Romania) ā€“ Romania, FundaciĆ³n Coremsa ā€“ Spain, Embaixada da Juventude ā€“ Portugal, and TOUS POUR L'EUROPE - France ā€“ the project aimed to create a collaborative framework enabling youth workers and other professionals involved in youth work to increase the quality of their work and their initiatives and services for supporting young people, including the vulnerable ones, to develop their creative potential, to have professional and personal success and to be connected to the cultural and creative sectors through Arts and Innovation Programs and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The project started on March 1, 2021, and ended on February 28, 2023, with a duration of 24 months. The main project results include four Intellectual Outputs (IOs), which can be accessed free of charge by any organization and/or interested person, on the project website: https://lets-be-smart.eu/Results/ or https://lets-be-smart.far.ngo/Results/
a) IO1 - ā€¯Out of the Boxā€¯ ā€“ Digital Cards for developing Creativity.
b) IO2 - ā€¯Connected2smARTSā€¯ ā€“ a virtual space where young people can freely collaborate with other people from any domain of arts. They can interact, connect and create their own artistic stuff around transversal themes of humanity (as Inclusion, Solidarity, Love, Participation, Tolerance, Life etc.).
c) IO3 - ā€¯Youth workers - letā€™s be smARTSā€¯ - a digital kit for planning, developing, and implementing Arts and Creativity Programs using digital tools.
d) IO4 - ā€¯Social Entrepreneurship for smARTSā€¯ ā€“ a Training Pack with 5 modules developing abilities so important for running a successful social business in arts and creative sectors by youth.
