“ALL IN! Incredible Practitioners to empower adults with disABILITIES through Education, Employment&Social Entrepreneurship” it’s a transnational project lead by FAR. The project is implemented in partnership with 5 other organizations from Europe:

European Association of Service Providers for Persons with Disabilities - Belgia.
The project started on 1 September 2018, has a 24-month duration and is developed with the support of the European Commission, through the Erasmus + program, key action 2-strategic partnerships for adult education.

Methodology

The methodology of the project is based on the participation of all partners, from equal positions, but with punctual intervention, roles and tasks specifically distributed, depending on the specific skills and organizational capacities of the partners. In order to create a logical and coherent course in implementation, All In is composed of 3 "main packages". Each of them has participatory actions based on work/learning experience, application and transfer of news in the field between partners. Tasks are grouped into 3 interconnected working groups:

Work Package 1

Development of a virtual resource bank "ALL IN " containing 5 practical resources (OER) based on inter- disciplinarity.

Work Package 2

Development "READY4LABOUR MARKET " (RLM) as a support manual for educators, mentors, counselors advisors.

Work Package 3

Creating a human resources tool for people with disabilities who use support technologies for success and productivity in education and employment. Development of a manifesto that "help practitioners to achieve an education for inclusive adults"-as a Document of recommendations on social/educational policies/occupational.
