Activity A3.2 - Development of a local development kit - "Imagination LAB",
Based on the "Start, Stop, Continue" technique
Working session no. 2 of the support group took place on January 16, 2023 (1145-1500), being physically hosted by APH/leader, at its headquarters.
Facilitators (working tools experts), from FAR/Partner 1 and ACE-ES Romania/Partner 2 participated in the session in online format, via Skype.
The work session had an application character, each problem was debated in detail, highlighting the causes and proposing solutions to solve the identified problems, so that the basis for the construction/development of the scenarios is as solid as possible. Very important was the diversity of perspectives from which the 3 problems were analyzed, this is due to the diversity of the participants, as well as their experience, expertise and the way they are connected to the problems of the community they belong to.
The general opinion was extremely favorable, regarding the organization, the approach to the development of the activity, as well as the content and the actual way of working. A sufficient number of problem causes/problem solutions has been collected, from which the most relevant ones will be chosen, necessary to provide a solid foundation for creating scenarios.
